On July 4, 2024, Dr. Norman M. Kearney Dr. Norman Kearney from the Centre for Development and Environment, University of Bern was our guest at the ZuWaKo CIB-Café #9. He presented his work around „Nature based solutions for sustainable food systems: agroforestry in Peru“. Norman has developed an application (Prophesy) that advances options to carry out simulations with CIB, using a modification of the classical succession analysis. In addition, he has developed a Chat GPT based approach to identify descriptors, variants and their causal interrelations supported by AI (FlashQDA).
